Our pricing is set up so that you choose exactly how much effort Higher Spectrum Media will put into the installation and configuration of each component based on three levels of support:

1. First Level - We install and set up the component to the standard configurations based on the component's publisher recommendations.  Application is turned over to the site owner for further integration into the website.
2. Second Level - We install the and set up the component and spend a set number of hours custom configuring the component based on your budgetary requirements and the complexity of the component. All the components listed have been set up in prior projects and the number of hours is set by the average time it normally takes us to complete.
3. Third Level - We install, setup, and customize the component to your specifications to include code level modifications for up to 10 hours of programming.

We are set up to handle both the customer who is on a budget where you can have us do the bare minimum or if you really need some customization we can accomodate. It's all part of our process to prevent cost overruns during our development cycles.
